We Pick Up Your Vehicle
After you’ve submitted your Shipping Order, our dispatch will look for a suitable trucker that matches your date and time availability.
The driver will then arrive at your specified location to collect your vehicle. Together, you will inspect the vehicle and complete the Bill of Lading.
After verifying all necessary documents, the driver will depart, ensuring your vehicle is transported swiftly and safely. All our carriers are U.S.D.O.T. certified and rigorously screened.
Furthermore, they are covered by shipping insurance up to $100,000, which we carefully review and confirm prior to their engagement. Rest easy knowing your vehicle is secure and treated with the utmost care, just as if it were our own.
Receive Vehicle At Destination
As a premier RV transport service, we employ expert drivers who ensure the swift and safe arrival of your RV. You’ll receive a call and email from the carrier as the delivery nears completion, preparing you to reunite with your vehicle.
Upon arrival, you and the carrier will conduct a detailed inspection to confirm the RV is in the same condition as when it was picked up. After signing the Bill of Lading to accept the delivery, your journey with us concludes, and you can enjoy your RV once again!”

- Class B Motorhomes (Camper Vans): compact and versatile, built on a van chassis.
- Class C Motorhomes: mid-sized RVs built on truck or van chassis with an attached cab section.
- Travel Trailers: towable RVs that attach to a standard hitch on your vehicle.
- Fifth Wheel Trailers: large towable RVs that connect to a special hitch mounted in the bed of a pickup truck.
- Toy Haulers: RVs designed with a built-in garage space to transport motorcycles, ATVs, or other recreational equipment.
- Pop-Up Campers (Fold-Out Campers): compact trailers that expand into larger living spaces when set up.
Preparing Your RV for Transport
Getting your RV ready for transport is a crucial step to ensure a safe, smooth, and worry-free shipping experience. Proper preparation not only protects your investment but also helps our team deliver your RV efficiently to your desired destination. Follow these guidelines to prepare your RV for its journey:
1. Clean Your RV Thoroughly
- Exterior Cleaning: Wash the outside of your RV to make it easier to inspect for any pre-existing damages before pickup.
- Interior Cleaning: Clean the inside, remove any trash, and secure loose items to prevent movement during transport.
2. Secure All Loose Items Inside
- Appliances and Electronics: Secure or remove all detachable appliances like microwaves, TVs, and coffee makers. Use straps or tape to keep doors and drawers closed.
- Personal Belongings: Remove all personal items and valuables. Items left inside are not covered by insurance and can shift during transit, causing damage.
- Decorations and Fixtures: Take down wall hangings, mirrors, clocks, or any items that aren’t permanently fixed.
3. Prepare Slide-Outs and Awnings
- Retract Slide-Outs: Fully retract all slide-outs and lock them securely.
- Secure Awnings: Retract awnings and secure them to prevent damage from wind or movement.
4. Disconnect Utilities and Power Sources
- Turn Off Appliances: Ensure all appliances are turned off and unplugged.
- Disconnect Batteries: If possible, disconnect the main power supply to prevent electrical issues.
- Propane and Gas Tanks: Turn off all propane and gas supplies at the source. Some carriers may require tanks to be emptied or removed; check with us for specific requirements.
5. Check for Leaks and Mechanical Issues
- Inspect for Leaks: Examine the RV for any fluid leaks, especially from the engine, transmission, or hydraulic systems.
- Maintenance Checks: Ensure that all mechanical components are in good working order. Address any issues before transport to prevent complications.
6. Secure Exterior Features
- Doors and Windows: Close and lock all doors, windows, and compartments.
- Antennas and Accessories: Lower or remove antennas, satellite dishes, and other protruding accessories to prevent damage.
- Hitch and Towing Equipment: Secure any hitching mechanisms or towing equipment firmly.
7. Disable Alarms and Tracking Devices
- Security Systems: Turn off any alarm systems to prevent them from triggering during transport.
- Tracking Devices: Inform us if your RV has any active tracking devices.
8. Adjust Fuel and Fluid Levels
- Fuel Tank: Keep the fuel tank at about a quarter full unless a drive away service. This reduces weight while ensuring there’s enough fuel for loading and unloading if necessary.
- Fluids: Check and secure all fluid caps. Ensure there are no leaks, and fluids are at appropriate levels.
9. Check Tires and Brakes
- Tire Pressure: Inflate tires to the manufacturer’s recommended levels to prevent damage during loading and unloading.
- Brake Systems: Verify that brakes are functioning correctly.
10. Prepare Necessary Documentation
- Ownership and Registration: Have copies of your RV’s registration and proof of ownership available.
- Insurance Information: Keep your insurance documents handy in case they are needed.
11. Provide Special Instructions
- Operational Guidelines: If your RV has any special operating procedures or quirks, let us know.
