During the COVID-19 pandemic, as PCS moves have been put on hold, many families have been left in limbo. The military has placed a temporary halt on the shipment of all POVs and HHGs. POVs are sitting in storage at the VPCs until the hold is lifted. For families that had already made the move, this has left them without a vehicle. Please be aware that Ocean Carriers are still operating, and Terminals are open. We can ship your second POV now, so please contact us for assistance.
For those that have put their move on hold, we encourage you all to contact us well before your PCS move is resumed. Once the hold is lifted there will be an influx of demand and vessels will get booked up quickly. We want to make sure we get you on your way as quickly as possible, with little to no delays. We know your life has been upended and we want to help you get back to normalcy. We’re here for you, so please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
